Basic and Advanced Programs

The BOS II has Four (4) basic programs, Nine (9) speciality programs and Four (4) user programmable custom programs. All designed to help maximise the performance of your batteries. Below is a brief outline of just some of the programs available.

Auto: You set the target capacity for your battery and the BOS II does the rest. During the battery cycle, the BOS II exercises the battery and reconditions those that do not meet the target capacity.

Prime: Similar to Auto. This function applies a repetitive charge-discharge cycle until the battery reaches peak performance.

Ohm Test: Tests internal resistance of the battery to help determine if the battery needs to be analysed further. Takes 5 seconds.

Runtime: Simulates discharge as if being used on wireless communications equipment. Self-Discharge: Reads fully charged battery capacity; recharges and reads the capacity again after a user-definable wait period. Standloss testing made easy.

Discharge Only: Discharges a battery to its end-of-discharge voltage. Useful for determining the residual capacity of the a battery.
